The Heart Behind the Practice
Hi, I'm Kim.
My yoga journey began as a way to slow down, reconnect, and find balance amidst the demands of everyday life. What started as a personal practice has evolved into a passion for helping others cultivate presence, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to themselves.
As a certified yoga teacher, registered nurse, and sound healing practitioner, I bring a holistic approach to wellness that honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit. My background includes training in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda, sound healing with crystal singing bowls, and a variety of yoga styles, allowing me to create experiences that are both accessible and thoughtfully tailored to the needs of each individual or group.
I believe yoga is for every body and every stage of life. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have an established practice, my intention is to create a welcoming space where you can move, breathe, rest, and reconnect with yourself.
Inspired by the beauty and serenity of Lake Tahoe, I offer private yoga sessions, group experiences, special events, and sound bath experiences designed to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Whether we're practicing on the beach, in the mountains, at a retreat, or in the comfort of your home, my goal is to create meaningful experiences that leave you feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.
When I'm not teaching, you'll likely find me enjoying the outdoors, exploring Tahoe's trails and beaches, spending time with my dogs, or continuing my own journey of learning and growth.
